If you need to return product for any other reason you must first call for a "return authorization" number. All returns must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.

Return shipments must be sent with package tracking in order to verify your return is received and processed at our facility.
No returns on custom orders or closeout items.
Shipping charges for purchases and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged Product :
All product should be inspected upon arrival from the shipping carrier. Damages should be reported to the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, DHL or common carrier) immediately upon receipt of the product.
