Pricing:
Prices shown on this website are good only when purchased on line and do not include the cost of shipping unless otherwise stated. Prices may be different than our catalog or sale prices advertised in our regular local delivery area which are shown as delivered prices. In the event an item is mispriced we reserve the right to correct the selling price with customer notification before shipping.
Minimum Order for Baskets is $65.00. This minimum dollar amount applies to baskets only. All other items may be ordered in any dollar amount. Item are sold in pack quantity as listed.
General Ordering Information:
No minimum dollar amount required to order items (except baskets)! However, orders less than $50 can carry up to a $2.50 service charge. We ship UPS (within the 48 contiguous states, outside the contiguous 48 states orders are shipped via the U.S. Postal Service) so we must have a U.S. street address for shipping. Your phone number is required to process your order. We value your time and privacy, therefore we do not sell or exchange your information.
Standard UPS or Fed Ex ground shipping is used for all orders. Expedited shipping is available. Charges for expedited shipping can be very costly and is not recommened unless time is of the essence and cost is not a factor. If you desire expedited shipping and understand the costs will be greatly increased simply enter message in comment area when placing your order. You will be contacted with actual shipping costs for expedited shipping.
Chocolate Candy may require speical handling during warm weather or shipment to warmer climates; To insure the integrity of your Chocolate candy may ship 3 day select and a $5 cold pack fee will be added for shipping of Chocolate when needed. Please contact customer service with questions for shipment to your area.
Shippign & Tracking information is posted on line once shipped. You can log in to this information on our home page - just click the track order tab and enter your email address and password. If you purchased more than one item, they may be delivered from multiple warehouses and be delivered at different times. However, you will only be billed for a single delivery charge. Damaged Product :
All product should be inspected upon arrival from the shipping carrier. Damages should be reported to the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx,DHL or common carrier) immediately uopn receipt of the product.

Our terms for credit-approved orders are Net 30 Days. Customers requesting Net 30 terms should contact our Credit Department. We use Dun & Bradstreet and other recognized reporting agencies for credit information.
We Want You To Be Satisfied!
We do our best to buy quality products; however, if you receive a defective product you must notify our customer service department immediately. We will replace your product or refund your money.
Returns:
If you need to return product for any other reason you must first call for a "return authorization" number. All returns must be returned in its original packaging within 30 days of the invoice date for a refund less shipping charges and a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 30 days of invoice date.
Before sending a return, please call our Customer Service Department for a return authorization code.
No returns on custom orders. Custom printed or custom size product order are not returnable.
Shipping charges for purchases and returns are the responsibility of the buyer.
Illinois Orders:
Require a completed Tax Certificate on file in our office to exempt your order from the appropriate state sales tax.
